These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of App Screenshot Kit (the “Service”), owned and operated by Hockey Labs Inc. (“Hockey Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

• Able to enter into legally binding contracts

• Not barred from using the Service under applicable laws

1.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for:

• Generating App Store screenshots

• Personal or commercial use related to your own apps or client projects

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code

• Circumvent usage limits

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform

• Reproduce the Service for competing offerings

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

2.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. User Content

3.1 Definitions

“User Content” includes any screenshots, text, app descriptions, images, or design assets you upload to the Service.

3.2 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all User Content.

3.3 License You Grant Us

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process, display, store, and transform your screenshots

• Generate outputs (mockups, backgrounds, layouts, headlines)

• Provide customer support

• Improve our platform and templates

We never claim copyright over your apps or designs.

3.4 Automatic Deletion

Uploaded content may be automatically deleted after processing or after a retention period, depending on your account settings.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

4.1 Billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, and lifetime deals are handled through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize them to charge your payment method.

4.2 Refunds

Unless required by law:

• All payments are non-refundable

• Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product, not your personal lifetime

4.3 Pricing Changes

We may modify pricing at any time. Existing users will be notified before changes take effect.

5. Intellectual Property

All:

• Software

• Templates

• Designs

• Algorithms

• Layouts

• Mockups

• Branding

• Website content

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or create derivative services from our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don’t own

• Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the platform

• Scrape, extract, or copy our templates or mockups at scale

• Automate access in a way that bypasses intended workflows

• Build a competing screenshot automation tool

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use AI to generate:

• Headlines

• Backgrounds

• Layout suggestions

• Mockup variations

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy

• Appropriateness

• Error-free suggestions

Outputs are provided “as-is” and must be reviewed before use.

8. Availability & Service Modifications

We may:

• Change features

• Add or remove functionality

• Limit access

• Update the software

• Suspend the service for maintenance or technical issues

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or delays.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy of generated designs

• Pixel perfection for all device types

• Compatibility with third-party tools

• Reliability of exports or uploads

You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Hockey Labs Inc. and its team will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Inaccurate or rejected App Store screenshots

• Errors in AI-generated text or layouts

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations; in those areas, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse the platform

• Fail to pay subscription fees

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service ends

• Access to generated content may be limited

• We may retain information as required by law

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party tools such as:

• Stripe

• AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare

• Google Analytics

• AI model providers

• Error monitoring tools

We are not responsible for their policies or failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state in which Hockey Labs Inc. is incorporated.

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration or

• Courts in the same jurisdiction

depending on applicable requirements.

We may update these Terms at any time.

• Notify users with significant changes via email or dashboard notice

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
